I'm proud to say that today we not only design but also diverse keeping work exciting by doing many more pretty things... and full-time (Who knew) What a blessing!

Do you have a physical walk in store?

Unfortunately not, we are an online based store only.

Can I collect my package from you?

Yes you can.

We will advise as soon as your order is ready for collection and arrange a collection day and time with you.

Can I send Uber / Bolt Package to collect my order?

Yes you can.

Once your order is ready, we will advise you and then you can book the driver and send through their details.

How much does it cost to Courier?

Pudo to Locker = R85
Courier to Door (National) = R150
Postnet to Postnet = R110

We use The Courier Guy for Door deliveries.

What is PUDO and How does it work?

Pudo is a Locker system run by the Courier Guy.

The courier collects your package from us and delivers it to a Pudo locker nearest to you.

When the package arrives, they will SMS / Email you a collection pin code.

You place the Collection Pin into the machine and then the locker will open up for you to remove your package.

YOU HAVE 36 HOURS TO COLLECT THE PACKAGE.

If you don’t pick up your package within 36 hours following the notification with the PIN code, the package will be sent back to the closest Pudo Kiosk or Depot.

An extra fee may occur to send back to your required locker.

How long will it take to receive my package?

It depends where you are based.

Order processing will take approximately 1-2 business days.
We try our best to get your order out as soon as possible.

Depending on the courier option you choose, The Courier Guy takes 1-3 working days to deliver depending on your area.
Peak seasons might cause delays.

Please note that the PUDO option does take slightly longer than the Courier to Door option. Usually within 1-4 working days depending on the area that you are from.

Postnet to Postnet takes 2-3 working days.

How do I track the status of my order?

Once the order is completed, the tracking number gets emailed to you or you will be advised that the order is ready for collection.

I received an SMS / Email from the courier company to pay an amount to deliver my package, must I pay?

Absolutely not.

You do not need to pay any amount to an external company to deliver your package. BEWARE of SCAMMERS.

Your courier fees are paid directly to us and we settle the delivery fees with your chosen courier option.

What are the payment options?

If you are collecting from our premises, you can pay cash on collection.
There are card machine facilities available.

Manual EFT

Online via Payfast : Instant EFT, Credit or Debit Card, MobiCred

Do you ship to my country?

At the moment, we are only able to ship within South Africa.
